Necktie Width
The regular width of a necktie has been 3.75 inch until 2008, when more brands introduced 3.5 inch and 3.25 inch ties.

Brands like Borrelli, Stefano Ricci and Pancaldi stayed with the 3.75 width. In 2009 most brands come in 3.5 inch width. Brands like Hermes, some Gucci ties come in 3.25 inch.

More narrow ties (clearly mentioned on web site) come generally in 2.2 inch width.

Necktie Length
Regular necktie lengths are defined as 56 to 58 inches.
Stefano Ricci comes in 59 inch. Extra long ties are 62 inch long.
