To eliminate this problem Massimo created a "spine" stitching system, resembling the human spine, which curls and stretches. Massimo Bizzocchi ties work in a similar fashion, by pulling a special string in the spine, the fabric wrinkles, then relaxes the tension that causes the tie to wrinkle in the first place.

Only Massimo Bizzocchi ties have an integrated buttonhole to secure the tie to the shirt, eliminating "fly-around" inconveniences.

Massimo Bizzocchi was the first to design ties with the skinnypart on top to show the design of the double face underneath or you can wear them with the wide width of the tie on top.
